Who We Are

Positive Business Credit Solutions, LLC (PBCS) is owned and operated by two entrepreneurial women, who as experienced business owners, know first-hand the challenges of getting access to capital to fund and grow a business.  Through several years of trial and error, they finally learned the blueprint to having strong business credit, and together, are on a mission to educate other entrepreneurs on this important aspect of owning and operating a successful business.

Janisha Richardson and La’ Sharne Bing, combined, have over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience.  While working corporate jobs, serving their small business clients, and growing their own businesses, they’ve acquired valuable knowledge and strategies in obtaining business capital.  These strategies are part of the solutions they now offer to other ambitious entrepreneurs through PBCS, to help them avoid spending years of frustration and rejection, trying to build business credit.

Janisha Richardson

Janisha Richardson

Janisha Richardson, a native of Clovis, CA, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from California State University, Fresno.  An avid sports enthusiast, Janisha competed as a collegiate track athlete and started her very first entrepreneurial venture as an event planner, organizing events centered around college students.  In 2003, Janisha co-founded Richardson & Moore, LLC, an accounting and tax services company in Washington, DC.  Her experience as a business advisor, working with new entrepreneurs working to grow their business, gave her unique insight into the challenges they encountered because of limited access to capital.  It was a desire to address this problem that motivated her to start Positive Business Credit Solutions, LLC in 2019, to help educate small business owners in underserved communities on the importance of business credit and financial literacy. Janisha enjoys traveling, attending sporting events and spending time with family.

La’ Sharne Bing

La' Sharne Bing

La’ Sharne Bing, originally from Miami, started her career as a Principal of public schools in urban areas.  She currently lives and works in Washington, DC, as an Information Technology Specialist for the United States Secret Service.  La’ Sharne has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from Texas Southern University, and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Prairie View A & M University.  La’ Sharne first developed a thirst for entrepreneurship more than 25 years ago, when she opened a small retail business.  Since then, she’s owned and operated a number of community-based retail and service businesses.    La’ Sharne’s experience and commitment to underserved communities, steered her to join as co-founder of Positive Business Credit Solutions, LLC where she passionately works with small business owners to bring their dreams to life.  She believes that the solutions offered by PBCS are of particular importance during this time, when minorities are facing hardships in this unprecedented economic climate. La’ Sharne is a lover of music, the ocean, football and all things culinary.
